Data Management Module Overview

The data management module will process call record synchronization and forwarding. When a new client connection is established, the client may request a synchronization. In other words, it requests to obtain call records that were received by the server since the last client disconnection. While the synchronization process takes place, call records received in real-time will also be forwarded to the client.

Note: This process is based on comparing version map where the server compares the current hourly file versions with the file versions kept by the client.
