Queired Peak Volume Reports (CDR and Summary)

The aggregation key is the top “x” (where x is defined by the user):
  • Dialed Numbers
  • Terminating Numbers
  • Dialed/Terminating Number Combinations
  • Dialed Group
  • Terminating Groups
  • Caller Regions
  • Busy Periods (hour, day, week, month), or
  • Any combination of the above Number/Time aggregation keys

Field Description Data Source
Number of Calls Total number of CDRs received for the top "x" number/time combinations. SS7 / SIP / Billing
Number of Callers* Total number of unique originating numbers for the top "x" number/time combinations. SS7 / SIP / Billing
% Calls Completed Total number of CDRs with Status "CMP", expressed as a percentage of Number of Calls for the top "x" number/time combinations. SS7 / SIP / Billing
Total Call Duration Sum of call duration for all CDRs received for the top "x" number/time combinations. SS7 / SIP / Billing
Average Call Duration Average call duration for all CDRs, received for the top "x" number/time combinations. SS7 / SIP / Billing
Total Ring Duration Sum of ring duration for all CDRs, received for the top "x" number/time combinations. SS7 / SIP / Billing
Average Ring Duration Average ring duration for all CDRs, received for the top "x" number/time combinations. SS7 / SIP / Billing
*Not included in the Queried Summary Records Peak Volume Report.
