Network Call Analysis using CDR and Summary

Total Calls Total number of CDRs, all Status CDR & Summary Record
Answered Calls Number of CDRs with Status “CMP” CDR & Summary Record
Total Unanswered Calls Total number of CDRs with Status “NOA”, i.e. calls that rang but were not answered CDR & Summary Record
Unanswered Calls – Agent Total number of CDRs with Status “NOA”, where release was generated by the agent or agent’s equipment CDR & Summary Record
Unanswered Calls – Caller Total number of CDRs with Status “NOA”, where release was generated by the caller CDR & Summary Record
Total Busy calls Total Number of CDRs with Status “BSY”, i.e. call attempts resulted in a busy condition CDR & Summary Record
Busy Calls – Network Number of CDRs with Status “BSY”, where the busy condition resulted from network congestion CDR & Summary Record
Busy Calls – CPE Number of CDRs with Status “BSY”, where the busy condition resulted from equipment and terminating lines at terminating location being busy CDR & Summary Record
Busy Calls – Other Number of CDRs with Status “BSY”, where the busy condition did not result from network congestion or equipment and terminating lines at terminating location being busy CDR & Summary Record
